Corrections
A comparison site is only worth reading if its errors get fixed. This page is the route.
How to report an error
- Email desk@reelquarter.com with the word Correction in the subject line.
- Tell us the page address and, ideally, the exact sentence or table cell you dispute.
- If you have a source — a register entry, an operator terms page — include it. It shortens the check considerably.
What happens next
We re-verify the disputed claim against the primary source: the Gambling Commission public register for anything about licensing, or the operator's own published material for anything about the product. If the claim is wrong, we correct the page. If a correction is material — a licence detail, a licensee name, anything a reader might have relied on — we note the change on the affected page rather than silently rewriting it. If the claim stands, we'll say so and show why.
Licensing errors go to the top of the queue, ahead of everything else we're doing.
What this process is not
We won't pretend to machinery we don't have: there is no complaints committee, no named ombudsman and no guaranteed response time — Reel Quarter is a small publication and this is a genuine inbox, not a ticketing system. What we do promise is that every correction email gets read, and that verified errors get fixed. Disputes with a casino about your account or money are outside this process entirely — see the contact page for where those should go.
