These terms govern your use of reelquarter.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them; if you don't accept them, the remedy is simple and free — don't use the site. Last updated 20 August 2026.
1. What this site is
Reel Quarter is an independent, affiliate-funded comparison and review publication about online casino operators licensed by the Gambling Commission for Great Britain. The site provides information and editorial opinion. It does not provide gambling: we accept no bets, hold no deposits, process no withdrawals and operate no player accounts. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a gambling operator.
2. Age restriction
The site is intended solely for people aged 18 or over located in Great Britain. If you are under 18, you must not use this site.
3. Information, not advice
Content on this site is general information and editorial opinion. It is not financial, legal or personal advice, and it is not a prediction or guarantee of any gambling outcome. Gambling involves risk; the games are structured so that players collectively lose over time. Nothing here changes that, and nothing here should be read as suggesting otherwise.
4. Accuracy and its limits
We verify licensing facts against the Gambling Commission public register and date those checks on the page. But operators change their products, terms and offers without telling us, and the register itself is updated by the Commission on its own schedule. The information here can therefore lag reality. Always check the operator's own current terms — and the register — before relying on anything material. Where we get something wrong, our corrections process applies.
5. Third-party sites
Links on this site lead to third-party websites, including gambling operators and support organisations. We control none of them. Your use of an operator's site is governed by that operator's terms and privacy policy, and any transaction, dispute or loss arising there is between you and the operator. Some outbound links are commercial, as described in our affiliate disclosure.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, brand mark and original graphics of this site belong to the site's publisher. Operator names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification in the course of comparison and review. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission via desk@reelquarter.com.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its content — including gambling losses, which result from your decisions on an operator's site, not from anything we publish. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
8. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at abusive volumes, misrepresent its content as an operator's or a regulator's, or use it to circumvent age or self-exclusion controls anywhere else.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them.
